RVs, campers, trailers, and mobile homes are strictly prohibited on the premises at any time. Pool access: Open May–October, with courtesy hours from 9 AM to dusk. Please observe all posted pool rules and never leave children unattended. Pets: Beacon Quarters is dog-friendly, but not all condos allow pets — please confirm this unit's pet policy before bringing a pet. Linens & towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided (one towel set per occupant — 1 bath towel + 1 face cloth), plus a hand towel in each bathroom. Beach towels are supplied separately for pool/beach use only. An extra set of linens/towels for the pull-out couch is in the guest bedroom closet. Streaming TV accounts: Guests may sign into their own streaming accounts on the smart TV. Please remember to log out of all accounts before departure. Fireworks: Strictly prohibited under North Carolina law — no pyrotechnics of any kind. Security: Please lock vehicles when unattended and secure the condo when out or overnight. Avoid leaving valuables in plain sight. Hurricane season (June 1–Nov 30): No refunds are issued for weather-related evacuations. Guests are encouraged to carry trip interruption insurance in case of mandatory evacuation. Speed limits & walking traffic: Please drive cautiously and be considerate of pedestrians throughout the community.

House Rules: Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. Please contact us before booking or arrival to get your pet approved.
